However, if you have a local installation and are experiencing this bug then you can go to <a href="http://lively-web.org/users/robertkrahn/fix-entity-ref-bug.html">http://lively-web.org/users/robertkrahn/fix-entity-ref-bug.html</a>. In there you will find a blue text "fix world".</div>
