[lively-kernel] Self-style object outliners

Hi Adam -

It seems very nice work! :-)

I create an object with state and behavior but then I could not figure out
how to store it. Should I use modules for this?

I attached a picture, so that everyone can see that it indeed  looks and 
feels
very much like self.
