[lively-kernel] How to program lively kernel

Hi Everybody

I am so excited to find lively kernel. If you can help me find some
documentation about how to write code to create application. Like event
handler, where the code is saved? etc.

I need jump start information. I am sure that there are somewhere. If
somebody can point me a direction, I am really appreciated.
