[lively-kernel] Cannot save changes

Oops...Accidentally sent the mail.
I'm having a problem saving changes on the Local Developing environment that
I've setup . I understand it is most likely its a server  configuration
error.
Trying to publish the world gives me status 500 error. Any idea on what it
might be that I'm doing wrong?
