[lively-kernel] Updated Connections Tutorial

Hi, all -

I updated the Connections Tutorial in

 http://lively-kernel.org/repository/webwerkstatt/documentation/profesores.xhtml

to not rely on visual connections any more.  Converter connections can now be edited 
in the connectors context menu.
 (developed in http://lively-kernel.org/repository/webwerkstatt/issues/120229_EditConnectionConverterThroughContextMenu.xhtml). 

BTW: Everyone can add or change these tutorial by editing the ElProfesorOnConnections part in the PartsBin. 
So for example if you find a spelling error or something is outdated or you want to add a page, change the part and press publish it its context menu.
