[lively-kernel] Updating the PartsBin

I guess you are using the livelykernel-scripts Mac OS app? Please delete
the app and install
http://lively-kernel.org/other/lively-core-install/livelykernel-scripts-latest.app.pkg.
The earlier version came with a PartsBin that had no svn meta data attached.
