I don't know if you've seen them, but I really enjoyed the video tutorials
for the Reactive
Extensions<http://channel9.msdn.com/Series/Rx-Workshop/Rx-Workshop-Introduction>.
I don't mean the studio quality film editing, just the short, definitive
tutorial style. Their hands-on
lab<http://download.microsoft.com/download/9/E/4/9E42D3CD-CC53-4BCF-BBC9-15E7DF92A653/Rx%20HOL%20JavaScript.pdf>was
also really good and was the first thing I tried when I started
learning. If you have more time or want to start with an outline and let
others collaborate, you could follow the wikibook format and use the Lively
Wiki to both teach and allow people to learn through contributing. :)
